Pulmonary and Respiratory Health

The pulmonary and respiratory health services at Mesa View Regional Hospital specialize in lung care. We focus on detecting, monitoring and treating lung-related issues.

Many of our respiratory therapists are licensed in the state of Nevada and are certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care.

Inpatient services include:

• Aerosol and Humidity Therapy
• Arterial Blood Gas
• Bronchopulmonary Hygiene
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Care
• EKGs
• Maintenance of Natural and Artificial Airways
• Mechanical Ventilator Support
• Medical Gas Administration (excluding Anesthesia)
• Medication Administration
• Pulmonary Function Testing

Outpatient services include:

• Arterial Blood Gas Test – evaluates the lungs’ ability to provide blood with oxygen
• EKGs
• Pulmonary Function Testing
• Respiratory Therapy Services
